If you are participating in Chad Prather's Comedy Shootout by voting online, the following rules apply.
Limit one vote per comic per person
Must use a valid email address to submit the vote
Voting opens immediately following the end of an episode. Voting closes after one week before the next episode premieres.
The winner will be announced after every comic's episode has aired
In addition, the RIDE TV General Rules and Regulations apply, where applicable.

RIDE TV GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Must be a United States Citizen to enter.
RIDE TV will conduct all contests as described in these Official Rules.
All prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other prizes. Prize winner must claim prize within 24 hours of being notified. If not claimed within the 24-hour time period, the winner releases all claims and rights to the prize.
RIDE TV will randomly select contest winners. If it is deemed that a candidate is ineligible for prize receipt due to qualifications, RIDE TV will select another eligible candidate by random drawing. In the event that no candidate meets the contest criteria, the prize will go un-awarded.
All federal, state and local taxes apply and are the responsibility of the prize winner. Certain prizes are date specific, and the winner must be available based on the contest criteria. If the winner is not available on the specified date(s), RIDE TV reserves the right to select another winner based on contest criteria. RIDE TV is not responsible for event reschedule or cancellation, and no substitution will be given. Ground transportation and any incidentals involved with event-related contests are the responsibility of the winner and not to be covered by RIDE TV.
RIDE TV is not responsible for any technical issues in the entry or selection process that can be reasonably considered to be out of the realm of RIDE TV’s control.
RIDE TV, all sponsors and affiliates have no liability for any injury or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering or participating in any contest and/or the use of any prize. RIDE TV reserves the right to disqualify or render ineligible any entry based on its sole discretion. RIDE TV reserves the right to change, update or amend any rules without prior written notice. By participating, all Entrants give the RIDE TV, Sponsors and affiliates unrestricted rights to any photos, video, recordings, information collected in relation to the contest for promotional or any use it deems appropriate without compensation. Participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
By participating all entrants are agreeing to the Official Rules.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Official Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of a Contest or in the announcement of the Prize. Sponsor retains the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Official Rules. All decisions of Sponsor are final and discretionary. In the event the selected Winner of the Prize is ineligible or refuses the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may, time permitting, extend the Contest or offer multiple chances to win on one or more remaining Contest days or may elect not to award such Prize. For prizes valued at $600 or greater, Winner must provide his or her Social Security Number for tax purposes. Prize may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a Contest or any portion hereof (in which case Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date), or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, interruption in calling devices or service, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, (b) the Contest becomes corrupted due to calling service interruption for any reason (c) acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity of the Contest, (d) Contest is otherwise not capable of running as planned. BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT, SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, FRANCHISEES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, SUB-CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, AND EACH OF THE FOREGOING ENTITIES’ EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS AND/OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN AND/OR ENTRY INTO THE CONTEST OR ACCEPTANCE, DELIVERY OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, or phone service, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections (ii) failure of any entry to be received in whole or in part by Sponsor due to technical problems, phone service problems, busy signals, dropped calls, operator interference, technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the phone call, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or wireless carrier or phone service (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless, wired, IP phones/handsets), phone lines, other communications malfunctions, unavailable network connections, cellular equipment towers, phone systems or service (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Contest, or damage to phone or other device (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, illegible, and/or unintelligible (or any combination thereof). By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with all decisions of Sponsor. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this Contest in any way, including cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants, may be disqualified if detected. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ANY PRIZE, AND SPONSOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.
ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF, OR CONNECTED WITH, A CONTEST SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION THEN EFFECTIVE, AND ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY ENTRANT WITH REGARD TO THE CONTEST, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Tennessee. Arbitration in Davidson County, Tennessee, shall be the exclusive forum and venue for any dispute relating to these official rules and for the Contest. If arbitration is prohibited, then and in such event, the courts of Tennessee in Davidson County shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these official rules and/or this Contest. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the Contest, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee in Davidson County. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these official rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision so long as the general intent of these official rules remains in effect. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these official rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter, or amend these Official Rules as necessary, in its sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of the Contest or to comply with applicable law.
