RIDE TV ANNOUNCES “COWGIRLS” SEASON 2 WITH NEW TITLE SPONSOR COWGIRL MAGAZINE

Cowgirls Season 2 will air August 1, 2018 on RIDE TV and RIDE TV GO

FORT WORTH, Texas – April 18, 2018 – RIDE TV is renewing its highly acclaimed Cowgirls series for a second season on August 1st at 8pm EST. Viewers can anticipate more heart-stopping bronc rides in a race for $10,000 in cash and prizes. RIDE TV is excited to welcome back familiar faces Duke Wimberly, Brittany Miller, Billi Halverson, Sarah Brown, Jane Revercomb, and Rainey Gibbs.

Throughout the series, these six women compete in ranch bronc riding, traditionally a man’s sport, but ranch bronc riding has recently gained traction with cowgirls across the country. RIDE TV is partnering with the Texas Bronc Riders Association (TBRA) to attend and film rodeos across the state of Texas and beyond.

RIDE TV is excited to announce that the title sponsor of Cowgirls Season 2 will be Cowgirl Magazine. COWGIRL inspires women to explore and celebrate the western lifestyle through its bi-monthly print magazine and enormous social and online following. Reaching close to one million western-minded female enthusiasts, COWGIRL delivers relevant and engaging content that embraces a love for animals, wide open spaces, family values and a unique sense of personal style.

“Aside from the obvious desirable match in titles, our sponsorship of RIDE TV’s Cowgirls is a perfect fit for our adventurous brand,” said Cowgirl Magazine publisher, Ken Amorosano. “Representing the true grit of this American Western lifestyle is at the heart of what Cowgirl Magazine stands for, and we are proud to support the young gals who are putting it all on the line for this traditionally male-oriented rough stock sport.”

“RIDE TV is very excited about the new season of Cowgirls,” said Nathan Fletcher, RIDE TV Vice President of Production. “These athletes show grit and determination every week, and it’s an honor to be able to broadcast this exclusive look into their lives.”

Cowgirls will premiere weekly on RIDE TV and on-demand on RIDE TV GO, RIDE TV’s online streaming service which launched in 2017.
