Protein French Toast
- 1 piece of whole grain or low carb bread*
- 2 Tbsp egg whites
- 1/3 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 packet stevia
- Spray skillet and heat.
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and then dip bread on both sides in bowl completely coating.
- Cook on each side about 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Top with Walden Farms calorie free syrup, greek yogurt, berries, peanut butter, etc.!
