Flat Belly Egg and Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 chorizo, cooked and broken into pieces
- 1 sweet potato shredded
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 2 T hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Cook Chorizo & onion in hot skillet until it begins to crumble
- Beat Eggs and egg whites in large howl
- Add meat, onion, and sweet potato to a bowl. Then add the rest of ingredients and mix well
- Grease a 9×9 dish and add egg mixture
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until eggs aren’t runny
