Traditions vary when it comes to celebrating holidays so as July 4th approaches, I wanted to share festive activities you can do to celebrate Independence Day!

Host a Family Virtual Reunion
This year might look a little different, but don’t celebrate alone. Make the most of your holiday celebration and host a virtual July 4th party with family and friends! There’s plenty of virtual games to play. We love one that involves an ice cold beer ;)

Play Cornhole and KanJam
Fourth of July screams outdoor activities. Get that breath of fresh air when you host a friendly competition of cornhole.

Light up some fireworks (or find your local fireworks show)
The most beautiful way to end your July 4th celebrations. Easy to enjoy from a lake or in your car!

Make a bonfire
Light up your night with a good old-fashioned bonfire. Don’t forget the s’mores!

Watch the marathon of Southern Fried SkinnyFied
Last but not least, check out Southern Fried Skinnyfied each night this week starting at 7pm | 6c, followed by a marathon July 4 starting at 9am | 8c. Thanks to DISH for sponsoring Southern Fried Fourth of July!

What plans do you have this weekend?
